MajorKey Technologies LLC

Effective Date: May 1, 2026 | Last Update Date: June 18, 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how MajorKey Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our websites: majorkeytech.com and info.majorkeytech.com (collectively, the "Sites"). This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, available at www.majorkeytech.com/privacy-policy.

We use cookies to make our Sites work, to understand how visitors interact with them, and - where you have given consent - to support our marketing efforts. This policy describes what cookies we use, why we use them, how long they last, and how you can control them.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners.

Types of Cookies by Duration

  • Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

Types of Cookies by Origin

  • First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting (our Sites).
  • Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the one you are visiting, typically by third-party services embedded in our pages.

Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons (pixel tags), scripts, software development kits (SDKs), and local storage to collect information about how you use our Sites. Some third-party advertising and audience-identification services (such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag and ZoomInfo) may also use device- or browser-based signals that can contribute to device fingerprinting or visitor identification. References to "cookies" in this policy include these similar technologies unless otherwise stated. These non-essential technologies load only after you provide consent.

3. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Site functionality. To ensure our Sites function correctly, including security features such as bot detection and rate limiting.
  • Preference storage. To remember your cookie consent preferences.
  • Analytics and performance. To understand how visitors use our Sites and how they navigate between pages, so we can improve them.
  • Advertising and marketing. To deliver relevant advertisements and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across platforms.

4.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

4. Cookies We Use

We categorize cookies into four groups based on their function. The table below lists the principal cookies and similar technologies used on our Sites, together with their provider, purpose, and typical lifespan. Because the specific cookies set may change as our Sites evolve, the complete and current inventory is maintained by our consent management platform, TrustArc Cookie Consent Manager, and can be viewed at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" panel on our Sites.

Note: Analytics and Advertising cookies are set only after you provide consent. The lifespans above are typical values and may vary by vendor configuration; the authoritative, live inventory is available through the TrustArc Cookie Preferences panel.

These cookies are required for our Sites to operate and cannot be switched off. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as setting your privacy preferences or filling in forms, and do not require your consent.

4.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies enable our Sites to remember choices you make (such as your consent preferences) and provide enhanced functionality. They are set only with your consent.

4.3 Analytics Cookies

These cookies collect information about how visitors use our Sites. The information is aggregated and used to improve how our Sites work. They are set only with your consent. Providers include Google LLC (Google Analytics) and HubSpot, Inc.

4.4 Advertising and Marketing Cookies

These cookies deliver advertisements relevant to you and measure campaign effectiveness. They are placed by third-party advertising networks with your consent and are set only after you opt in. Providers include LinkedIn Corporation, Google LLC, and ZoomInfo Technologies LLC.

4.5 Profiling and Automated Decisions

Advertising and analytics cookies may be used to build audience segments and interest-based profiles for marketing optimization. We do not use cookie data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. Your Choices: Managing Cookies

5.1 Cookie Consent Manager (Prior Consent)

When you first visit our Sites, a cookie consent banner appears before any non-essential cookies or third-party tracking technologies are set. Analytics, Functional, and Advertising technologies — including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot analytics, and ZoomInfo — are blocked and do not load until you click "Accept All" or otherwise opt in by category. Only Strictly Necessary cookies are active before you make a choice.

The banner offers "Accept All" and "Reject All" options of equal prominence, as well as granular control by category. If you reject a category, we do not set cookies in that category and do not load the associated third-party scripts. You can change your preferences at any time through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page of our Sites, which reopens this consent manager. Our consent management is provided by TrustArc.

5.2 Consent Renewal

We will refresh your consent at least every 13 months, and sooner if our cookie practices change materially. When re-consent is required, the banner will appear again so you can review and update your choices.

5.3 Browser Settings

Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings:

  • Google Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
  • Mozilla Firefox: about:preferences#privacy
  • Apple Safari: Preferences > Privacy
  • Microsoft Edge: edge://settings/content/cookies

Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our Sites and other websites you visit.

5.4 Industry Opt-Out Tools

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through:

6. Legal Basis and Regional Rights

6.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process cookie data under the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interest. Strictly Necessary cookies are set under our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
  • Consent. Analytics, Functional, and Advertising cookies are set only after you provide affirmative consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive).

You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

6.2 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Several of the third-party providers named above (Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo) are established in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where cookie data is transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the transfer is made under an appropriate safeguard such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or an adequacy decision. Further detail is provided in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

6.3 California (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, certain cookies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information when they enable third parties to collect data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We provide a "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page of our Sites, which also satisfies the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" requirement. Selecting it opens our consent manager, where you can decline advertising cookies and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No account, login, or identity verification is required to opt out, and we give effect to your request within fifteen (15) business days. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out.

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): the cookies on our Sites are not intended to collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined by the CPRA. If any cookie were to collect SPI, you would have the right to limit its use under CPRA Section 1798.121; see Section 10.2 of our Privacy Policy .

Twelve-month disclosure: for a description of the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the business and commercial purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed or shared over the preceding 12 months, please see Sections 2, 5, and 10.2 of our Privacy Policy , which are incorporated here by reference.

6.4 Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

We comply with applicable state privacy laws, including the Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and similar legislation. Our consent manager - reachable through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page - serves as the mechanism for opting out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data, and we honor universal opt-out preference signals such as the GPC.

6.5 Canada (PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25)

For visitors from Canada, we obtain meaningful consent for non-essential cookies under PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation. For Quebec residents, consistent with Law 25, we obtain consent before activating technologies used to identify, locate, or profile you, and such technologies are deactivated by default.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

"Do Not Track" (DNT): there is no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and our Sites do not currently respond to them. This is distinct from the Global Privacy Control described below.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): we do honor the GPC signal. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as required by the CCPA and other applicable state laws. We will continue to monitor emerging universal opt-out signal requirements and update our practices as new laws take effect.

8. Third-Party Websites

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites. This Cookie Policy does not apply to those websites. We encourage you to review the cookie and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Sites are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through cookies or other tracking technologies.

10. Accessibility and Language

We strive to make this Cookie Policy and our cookie banner reasonably accessible to individuals with disabilities and compatible with common assistive technologies. If you communicate with us predominantly in a language other than English and require this policy or the consent banner in an alternative format or language, please contact us at privacy@majorkeytech.com.

11. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, where required by law, notify you or seek fresh consent. We review this policy and our cookie inventory at least annually.
